海鲜晚餐 （团体照） 
登嘉楼唐人街2008年四月 - 因为工作的关系，从考到潜水执照的这一年里我根本没办法参与任何一个潜水活动，直到我的潜水伙伴们通知我说他们已经参加了五月的热浪岛潜水时，已经太迟了因为每一个活动都有限制参加人数。虽然我好想去（很难得能碰到我们4个能一起潜水 - 我，Toon, Henzing 和在上海工作的Willoon）但也只好和另一个朋友Adelena报名四月的热浪岛潜水。
April 2008 - Ever since i got the Open Water Diver license, this is the first trip i can participate besides the practical test in Perhentian Island which was like a year ago. It was too late when my buddies informed me about their participation in May Redang trip as it's already fulled though i really wish to go (hardly 4 of us can go diving together - me, Toon, Henzing and Willoon that based in ShangHai). I therefore joined the April trip with a friend Adelena, we knew each other during open water.

Sutra Beach Resort - Kuala Terengganu
整个团里， 除了我，Adelena 和教练， 其他的都是外籍潜水员。就因为如此我和 Adelena驾了大约八个小时的车程抵达登嘉楼后，幸运的入住比较不错的酒店 Sutra Beach Resort. 如果时间允许的话，我还真的想去享受一下游泳和在泳池边休息聊天。 可惜当我们抵达那里时已经是黄昏，晚餐后就各自回房休息了，因为明天一早还要启程到船头前往热浪岛潜水去。
This is not considered as big group with total of 7 divers (included my dive instructor) and besides 3 of us, the rest are all westerners from different countries. After 8 hours drive from Penang Island early morning, we arrived at Sutra Beach Resort in the evening, went for seafood dinner in Terengganu China Town after resting a while. It was a bit late after get back from dinner so that's why we do not have the chance to enjoy swim in the pool. How i wish to relax by the pool side and having some beers. Well, we gotto rest for early departure next morning to jetty to catch the boat to Redang Islang.

前往热浪岛途中，我们将在Baby West Rock的潜点做第一个check out dive. 刚下水的十五分钟我还是在忙着调整浮力， 毕竟已经一年没潜水了， 还好并不是很难掌握。 这一个潜点底下大部分是沙床，主要也是方便当我们不平衡失去控制时不会撞向或踩到珊瑚。当我们准备好后便继续往前游，终于开始体会到一点享受潜水的快感，比起之前考试时当然有所不同。没了压力自然就轻松些，开心些，看到的海底生物也格外美丽。
On our way to Redang Island, we did our check out dive at Baby West Rock. For the first 15mins i was busy adjusting my buoyancy control and luckily it's sands bed at the bottom so that we won't be banging or stepping on live corals when we're out of control. It's been a year ago since my open water test, and I'm glad it did'nt take me too long to settle down. As we swam forward, i'm getting more and more enjoying diving in the sea, looking for marine lifes that i ever seen before, it was so much different compared to the previous trip.

这个潜大约用了三十六分钟，随后便在热浪岛吃午餐。我们入住的度假屋可说是我有史以来住过最残旧的度假屋之一，设备也普普通通，只有冷气睡房和小餐厅，不过还好有热水器可以冲凉。接下来我们便出发到Terumbu Kili 和 Pulau Pinang Wreck 潜点继续潜水。这也是我第一次经历到海底水流，虽然并不是很强烈但也足以让我们游得上气不接下气，我终于明白是时候该换一对好的脚蹼了。
This dive last about 36 minutes, then we approached to Redang Island for lunch break and check in to Mutiara Beach resort which is a lousiest resort i ever stayed in. The facilities are just air-conditioning room, hot shower and a cafeteria. After lunch, we went to Terumbu Kili and Pulau Pinang Wreck for diving. This is also the first time i encountered slow current that was exhausting enough for us to fight through it. I finally realised it's time to change an expensive and good fin - Bio Fin.

We were doing diving at Pulau Ling, Bidong Wreck, Downtown, and Batu Cupak for the next 2 days. During the dives, we saw few different marine lifes such as stingrays, moray eels, black tip baby shark, turtle, school barracudas and many more as pictures shown below. Due to the inproper equilization, i have to missed one of the dives and resting on the boat while waiting for the rest to come back from diving. The sad part is the group saw Hammer head parrot fish during the dive that i missed and this is rare to sight in East Coast dive sites. We were having BBQ dinner at night and generally it was quiet happy.
